This is the kind of role that doesn't come around often: a high-trust, high-autonomy seat at the center of one of the Bay Area's most successful real estate businesses.
We're working with Olga Golovko, one of the Bay Area's most accomplished residential agents. Olga is ranked in the top 1.5% of agents nationwide and holds the #1 spot among Keller Williams agents across Northern California and Hawaii. Her business is thriving, and she's looking for a Director of Operations in Real Estate to help take it to the next level.
What makes this role different
A lot of operations roles in real estate sound good on paper, but leave you buried in administrative tasks with little real ownership. This one is different.
As Director of Operations, you'll be Olga's trusted right hand, the person she relies on to keep every part of the business running smoothly while she stays focused on clients and closings. You'll work alongside a marketing coordinator and a field assistant, so you're leading a team, not just holding things together on your own.
The scope is real: transaction coordination, vendor relationships, client communication, executive support, and the systems that make it all work. You'll have the autonomy not just to follow processes but to improve them.
Who this role is for
You've done this kind of work before, at least three years supporting a top-producing residential agent or team. You know how to manage competing priorities without dropping the ball, how to communicate with high-net-worth clients with warmth and discretion, and how to spot a problem before it becomes one.
You take pride in an operation that runs well, and you built it that way. You're organized, systems-minded, comfortable with technology, and bring a polished, professional presence to everything you do.
An active California real estate license is required. You'll need to live within 40 minutes of Los Gatos and have access to a reliable vehicle for occasional work-related travel.
The details
Salary: $120,000-$150,000 + bonus opportunities
Location: Hybrid -- Los Gatos, CA (95033)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm
Benefits: Paid vacation, holidays and sick leave; medical contribution; 401(k) with employer match
About the team
Olga's team runs on accountability, positivity, and genuine investment in each other's growth. If you want to work somewhere your contributions are noticed and valued, this is that place!
