Requirements

Do you enjoy driving projects forward, keeping systems on track, and making sure everyone is set up for success? Our client, Atria Real Estate, is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant who thrives on managing multiple moving parts simultaneously. This role calls for strong emotional intelligence, confidence, clear communication, and genuine listening skills, as well as a shared love of mid-century modern architecture and a commitment to people-first service. This is more than an assistant role. It's a chance to join a small, high-performing team where your work is valued, and your contributions make a daily impact.

Your Future Team

Atria Real Estate is the No. 1 Eichler home expert in Silicon Valley and ranks among the top 1% of agents in Santa Clara County. With over $750 million in sales, they're a leading team in Sunnyvale. They care deeply about their work, their team, and their clients, and about making an impact in their industry and local community. Combined with market expertise and a people-first mindset, they've built an environment where positivity, hard work, and collaboration thrive.

We Know You

This role has a lot of moving pieces, and you're the kind of person who thrives in that environment. You're highly organized and can manage multiple priorities at once, keeping every detail on track even when things move fast. You bring strong emotional intelligence and confidence to your work, reading situations well and responding with a steady, professional presence. You communicate clearly, both in writing and in conversation, and you listen closely, picking up on what clients and teammates need before it becomes a problem. Your even-tempered, solutions-oriented approach makes you a dependable anchor for the team. You enjoy supporting others, take pride in helping your team succeed, and bring a polished, upbeat energy that makes working with you a pleasure.

What You'll Do

Working from Atria's polished, tranquil business office, you'll play a central role in supporting the team as they close 35-40 transactions per year and keep everything running smoothly. With organized systems and processes already in place, you'll have the tools to stay on top of it all.

  • Draft contracts and coordinate listings and transactions from start to finish

  • Manage the team calendar and keep projects on track

  • Coordinate photography, staging, and design projects

  • Oversee pre-listing activities, marketing efforts, and open houses

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, title, escrow, and lenders

  • Deliver a seamless, concierge-level client experience

  • As processes evolve, you'll make necessary revisions to the SOPs

How to Qualify

We're looking for an organized, polished, and confident team player with 3+ years of experience and an active real estate license (preferred) who has supported another agent or team and is ready to elevate their career. Strong emotional intelligence, clear communication, and attentive listening are essential to this role, along with someone who thrives on managing many moving parts simultaneously without losing sight of the details. You're tech-savvy, know your strengths are in supporting others, and thrive when helping your team succeed, all while enjoying inspiring views of mid-century modern architecture.
