So here's the direct version: she needs someone who can run the operational side of a top-producing, high-net-worth real estate business in a way that gives her peace of mind, so that when she's out the door, nothing slows down and the details are not overlooked.
She's been at the top because she understands that her success depends on the team behind her. In this role, you will be supported by a Field Assistant and a Marketing Coordinator. This role requires real ownership, real trust, and real impact on a business that's already the #1 Keller Williams team across Northern California and Hawaii, ranked in the top 1.5% of agents nationwide.

What You'll Do
You're Olga's operational right hand, the person who knows her contracts, her clients, and her systems well enough that nothing skips a beat when she steps away. You take pride in an operation that runs seamlessly, and you're the reason it does.
You'll Own:
Transaction coordination from contract to close
Vendor relationships, inspectors, stagers, contractors, title, escrow
Concierge-level client communication with high-net-worth buyers and sellers
Business systems and process improvement
Executive support and calendar management
Day-to-day coordination with a Marketing Coordinator and Field Assistant
Experience We Are Looking For
3+ years in operations directly supporting a top-producing residential real estate agent or team, you know this world well
Active California Real Estate License, or genuinely ready to get one quickly
Polished and warm with high-net-worth clients, discretion comes naturally to you
A systems builder who also knows when to pivot, you love a good process, and you make it better

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 + bonus opportunities
Benefits: Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave. Contribution toward medical benefits

Location: In-office and work-from-home - Hybrid - Must live within a 40-minute commute of the office, located off Highway 17 in Los Gatos (95033) — easily accessible via Summit Rd. A reliable personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and insurance are required.
Hours: Full-time, 40+ hrs, M-F (9-6), with some flexibility in the evenings and rare weekends for emergencies.
