What You'll Do
As Director of Operations, you'll be Olga's trusted right hand — the one who keeps every moving part aligned so she can focus on clients and closings. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who genuinely loves building systems, anticipates problems before they surface, and takes quiet pride in an operation that hums.
You'll own transaction coordination, vendor relationships, client communication, executive support, and the day-to-day systems that keep the business moving. You'll also collaborate closely with a marketing coordinator and a field assistant.

Experience & Technology
3+ years in an operational role supporting a top-producing residential real estate agent or team
Active CA real estate license (or genuine willingness to obtain one)
Tech-savvy and process-oriented — you don't just follow systems, you improve them
Polished communicator comfortable working with high-net-worth clients
Lives within 40 minutes of Los Gatos (95033); reliable personal vehicle required
The Details
Salary: $120,000–$150,000 + bonus opportunities
Benefits: Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave. Contribution toward medical benefits,
and 401(k) with employer contribution
Location: In office and Work From Home - Hybrid - ADU Office located in Los Gatos, 95033
You live within a 40-minute commute of 95033. You have daily access to a personal vehicle for work-related tasks. You hold a driver’s license and carry insurance.
Hours: Full-time, 40+ hrs, M-F (9-6), with some flexibility in the evenings and rare weekend for emergencies.
