Behind her success is an operation that runs like clockwork. We are looking for the operational leader who will make that execution possible every single day.
The Opportunity
As the Director of Operations, you will serve as Olga’s trusted right hand and strategic partner. This is a high-autonomy role designed for a professional who genuinely loves building systems, anticipates problems before they surface, and takes pride in an operation that runs seamlessly.
You will own transaction coordination, vendor relationships, client communication, executive support, and day-to-day business systems. In this role, you will also collaborate closely with an internal Marketing Coordinator and a Field Assistant.

Experience & Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in an operational or administrative role directly supporting a top-producing residential real estate agent or team.
Licensing: An active California Real Estate License is highly preferred, or a genuine willingness to obtain one quickly.
Technology: Process-oriented mindset. You don’t just follow existing systems; you naturally find ways to optimize and improve them.
Location & Commute: Must live within a 40-minute commute of Los Gatos (95033). A reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance are required for occasional work-related tasks.
The Details
Salary: $120,000–$150,000 + bonus opportunities
Benefits: Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave. Contribution toward medical benefits,
and 401(k) with employer contribution
Location: In office and Work From Home - Hybrid - ADU Office located in Los Gatos, 95033
You live within a 40-minute commute of 95033. You have daily access to a personal vehicle for work-related tasks. You hold a driver’s license and carry insurance.
Hours: Full-time, 40+ hrs, M-F (9-6), with some flexibility in the evenings and rare weekend for emergencies.
