Requirements

If you thrive on supporting your agent’s success, keeping the business running smoothly, confidently handling the occasional unexpected detail, and have 2+ years of experience supporting top-producing real estate agents, and an active CA real estate license, this is the role for you.

Join Robert Colello, a top-producing agent who, through decades of experience and proven methods in delivering results, has built a thriving business based on referrals. In this role, you’ll serve as Robert’s right hand, provide concierge-level service to clients, help the business run efficiently, take pride in driving it forward, bring a collaborative approach, and maintain and update systems as they evolve.

Be part of a team that gives back—over the past 12 years, nearly 3,000 kids have received Christmas gifts through their annual toy drive

We Know You

Proactive, warm, and collaborative, you bring structure to fast-paced environments while confidently adapting as priorities shift. People often notice your warm energy, professionalism, and ability to make others feel supported and valued. You are highly organized with acute attention to detail, taking pride in keeping the business moving and using your tech skills to streamline and modify workflows. You approach your work with a team-focused mindset, always thinking ahead to clear distractions and keep your lead agent on track. As challenges arise, you see them as opportunities to learn and grow, solving problems with critical thinking, positivity, and creativity—making you a trusted administrative leader and a pleasure to work with.

The Opportunity

You’ll be the right hand and gatekeeper to Robert Colello while keeping the business moving forward and helping the team thrive. In this role, you’ll manage complex schedules and communications, draft contracts, oversee listings and transactions with the support of a TC and marketing professional, coordinate pre-listing activities, and deliver concierge-level service that delights clients.

You’ll take ownership of projects from start to finish—delegating, training, and collaborating with others when needed—while keeping Robert focused on the highest-value activities. You ensure the business keeps moving forward, refining processes, maintaining SOPs, and handling the occasional unexpected detail with ease and confidence.

Your Future Employer

Robert has built a thriving business by putting people first—delivering results with integrity, expertise, and a client-focused approach. Through decades of experience and proven methods, he has grown a highly successful business built on referrals. His team, which also includes two dedicated showing specialists, combines deep market knowledge with a seamless sales platform to provide top-tier service.

If you’re looking for a role where you’re valued, trusted, and supported—while being surrounded by professionals who share strong principles—you’ll feel right at home here. Beyond the business, the team gives back to the community: every year, they host an annual toy drive that has blessed nearly 3,000 local children over the past 12 years, reflecting their commitment to making a meaningful impact beyond real estate.

What You’ll Do

  • Calendar & Inbox Management: Keep Robert on track and his priorities clear. Serve as his gatekeeper, time manager, and reminder system.

  • Listing Management: Own the listing process from contract to close—coordinate vendors, prep homes for market, manage showings, and ensure marketing is on point.

  • Client Care: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing concierge-level service and ensuring no detail is overlooked.

  • Database & Lead Follow-Up: Keep the CRM organized and up to date, making sure leads or referrals don’t fall through the cracks.

  • Buyer Support & Transaction Coordination: Assist with timelines, showing schedules, repair requests, and communication flow to keep deals moving smoothly.

  • Event Planning: Coordinate pop-up open houses or client appreciation events as needed, occasionally outside regular business hours.
