Ready to begin or further your career as a real estate assistant? Here’s how you can typically expect the application and interview process to go with Pro R.E.A. Staffing:
SUBMITTING YOUR RESUME
Submit your resume through our online job board. Look for an email inviting you to schedule your phone interview. Please check your spam folder if you don't hear from us. Also, you can also reach out to us via email at email@example.com.
Your first interview will last 10 - 15 minutes. On this call we will determine if you meet our clients criteria and we will answer any questions you my have about the job. If you meet our client's criteria we will ask you to complete a short skills assessment. This assessment varies depending on the role and it generally covers things like writing skills, professional judegement and attention to detail.
Well-qualified candidates are invited to schedule a video interview with one of our recruiters. The video interview allows us to meet with candidates anywhere in the country on short notice, and it enables us to accommodate your schedule easily. This interview lasts about 20-25 minutes. You must have access to a computer, tablet or smartphone with a webcam to conduct the interview.
DISC (or KPA)
We ask qualified candidates to complete either the DISC Behavorial Assessment or the Keller Williams Realty KPA assessment, depending on our client's requirement. These tools are used to learan more about your natural behavorial style and they help us determine if the role is a good fit for natural skills and talents.
After the video interview and assignments are completed, our client will decide whether to invite you to an in-person interview. If you’re advanced to this next step, Pro R.E.A. Staffing will coordinate your face-to-face interview with the potential employer. We will send you any helpful information on the client so that you can prepare for the interview.
We take reference checks very seriously, and if you move past the video interview, we will verify your prior employment. We conduct a "360 Degree" reference check which involves speaking to previous supervisors, co-workers and possibly vendors, clients or subordinates before our client presents a job offer. We will never contact your current employer without your express permission.
Generally, Pro R.E.A. Staffing will help the client draft the offer letter. Your recruiter will send the offer letter to you. If you have any questions or concerns, you can discuss them with your recruiter. It is our job to help make a good match, and we will work with you and the client to find a win-win solution.
Our job doesn’t end when you start your new job. We are still a resource to you during your first 90 days. If you have questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to call or email your recruiter.
