We’re looking for a growth-minded Social Media Manager based in the Philippines to work remotely and support a team of established, top-producing residential real estate agents.


Important: This is a full-time role for one dedicated individual. We are not hiring agencies, teams, partnerships, or candidates who outsource or share responsibilities. Applicants must perform all work themselves.

The Opportunity

This is not a typical social media role.


You will work independently under the direction of a Marketing Manager, while collaborating with leadership to execute a sophisticated, data-driven content strategy.


This role is ideal for someone who:

You will shape the brand voice, transform raw content into compelling stories, and directly impact lead generation and market positioning.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Video Editing


  • Edit short-form video content (Reels) using tools like CapCut

  • Transform raw footage into polished, high-impact content

  • Write compelling, SEO-optimized captions using LLMs (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT)

  • Design graphics and carousels using Canva and AI tools


Social Media Management & Execution


  • Manage day-to-day Instagram operations (posting, scheduling, engagement)

  • Implement social SEO strategies (keywords, geo-tagging, alt text)

  • Monitor trends and algorithm changes and recommend improvements


Analytics & Systems Development


  • Track KPIs and translate performance into actionable insights

  • Build and document workflows (e.g., Asana)

  • Continuously optimize content and systems


Qualifications & Desired Skills


  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator

  • Strong video editing skills (short-form/Reels)

  • Understanding of social media SEO and content strategy

  • Strong copywriting and communication skills

  • Highly organized and self-motivated

  • Experience building systems and processes


Tools:

  • Instagram, Facebook

  • Canva, CapCut

  • Google Suite

  • Later or similar scheduling tools

  • Asana or similar project management tools

  • ManyChat

  • AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot)


Bonus: Experience in luxury real estate or high-net-worth audience


Requirements (IMPORTANT)

To be considered, you must:


  • Be applying as an individual (not an agency, team, or partnership)

  • Perform all work yourself (no outsourcing or subcontracting)

  • Be available full-time (40 hours/week)

  • Work during 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST

  • Have a dedicated, distraction-free workspace

  • Have reliable high-speed internet
