At Pro R.E.A. Staffing, our mission is to help Agents create leverage in their business that results in financial growth and better work-life balance.  We help clients build leverage through people. However, there are many ways to maximize your results with less effort. That is why we want to start 2016 by sharing three of our favorite leverage-boosting resources. These are tools that we use and love, and we think that you will, too.

Wunderlist can keep you and your team on task. If you don’t already have a powerful task delegation tool, you need to check this one out.

Need Open House flyers printed? Add a task, set a deadline and assign it to a teammate or assistant. They will receive an alert notification on any device they choose. Want to collaborate with your team on a customer appreciation party? Assign tasks to coworkers or team members from your phone, computer or tablet.

Don’t let tasks fall through the cracks. Outline your weekly, monthly and quarterly goals within Wunderlist and allow this app to remind you of important milestones and due dates.

Has your assistant ever sent an email to a client on your behalf with typos in it?  It happens to the best of us, but that doesn’t make it any easier when it happens to you. Don’t take back this task from your assistant. Instead, give them Grammarly. Grammarly is a plug-in that scans all of your written communication online and on your computer and makes spelling and grammar suggestions.  It blows Microsoft Spell Check out of the water.

Grammarly will help eliminate grammar mistakes and avoid sending typos or contextual errors in emails to clients and customers. This free spell checker checks your emails as you type. Grammarly even has the capability to fix contextual errors, so you never have to scratch your head again: Is it affect or effect? Breathe or breath?

Grammarly helps you send error-free emails and will even suggest better vocabulary. Who doesn’t want that help?

This year, invest in better-written emails, newsletters, and marketing materials. Everyone on your team could use the help of Grammarly. No client should get an email with a silly typo.

Our recruiter Sarah has been using Evernote for six years and swears it is the best tool for keeping her information organized. She started using it as a way to take notes, but it is now where Sarah stores all the articles she wants to read, the home improvement projects she needs to finish and recipes she wants to try.

Create notebooks for all the things you care about: Lead Generation Ideas, Marketing materials, Open House projects, and Listing presentations and whatever else your business needs. Notes in these notebooks can be anything you want. Simply save any document, file or photo to Evernote for easy access.

Collaboration with your team could be key to your success in 2016. Collaborate with team members in Evernote. Share information quickly. Email a client a photo of their MLS listing with a click of a button or send your assistant a contract. Evernote’s newest feature will allow you and team members to chat within Evernote, so communications are logged right where you want them—next to the projects you’re collaborating on.

Lastly, the best thing about Evernote is its syncing capabilities. If a client emails you a request, use the Google Chrome Evernote plugin to save the email, article or document in Evernote. That way when you’re out on a showing and need your assistant to access it, they can open Evernote on their phone, tablet or computer and the note has automatically synced. No more emailing yourself attachments or bookmarking articles.

While there are thousands of apps out there and tens of thousands of ways for us to become distracted in 2016, we believe these three resources might be just what you need to create a little extra leverage, balance and organization in your life this year.

If you’re ready to reach your business goals by adding a team member or assistant, allow us to bring you talent. Schedule a staffing consultation today to find out what Pro R.E.A. Staffing can do for your 2016 business.
