VANESSA ROSENBLUM, PRESIDENT
Prior to co-founding Pro R.E.A. Staffing, Vanessa Rosenblum ran a successful recruiting firm that specialized in placing administrative level staff with real estate professionals throughout the Los Angeles area. In addition to sourcing and placing candidates, she developed custom training programs for real estate teams and consulted with real estate agents to help them strategically grow their businesses. She was inspired to expand that business model and launch Pro REA because she saw the need to provide a higher level of training, support, flexibility and leverage to agents and their team members.
Vanessa brings fifteen years’ experience working with small businesses and coaching entrepreneurs to Pro R.E.A. Staffing including four years’ experience in the real estate industry as the manager of a business coaching company. She has a track record of proven success in helping businesses achieve higher efficiency and stronger communication within their teams and with clients.

LIZA LAMBERT, EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR
Liza brings with her more than 10 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry in the areas of Human Resources, Event Management & Executive Administration. During her tenure with Hyatt Hotels, she was able to hone her Operations Management/Office Administration skills and brings that spirit of authentic hospitality to Pro R.E.A. Staffing. Liza graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science degree in Hospitality Management from California Polytechnic University, Pomona.
Liza helps push the search process forward by communicating candidate updates, coordinating client interviews and manages accounts receivable. SARAH WEAVER, DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Sarah helps her clients make an informed decision on their next hire. Sarah has been in the trenches with more than 250 placements. Sarah has spent more than 300 hours consulting with Top Producing Agents on their hiring needs. She helps her clients structure their interview process and determine what to pay their employees. Sarah has written more than 500 job ads and provided consultation on more than 200 offer letters. She has spoken to thousands of candidates on what was working and what wasn't working giving Sarah invaluable insight on what assistants want, what they need, and what they aspire to be in their administrative roles. Now, you can find Sarah teaching classes on how to communicate better with your team, how to hire for success, how to avoid pitfalls of going from an agent to a boss, and how to be a more effective leader.
Sarah started her career as a real estate agent in Austin at the flagship Keller Williams office. Now, she works with Top Producers across North America as our Director of Business Development at Pro R.E.A. Staffing. When she isn't consulting with Top Agents, she is researching her next international flight as she has traveled to more than 33 countries (and counting!).
ToniAnn Hanna-Batista, ACCOUNT MANAGER
As an Account Manager, ToniAnn’s role is to find the most qualified candidates, conduct the initial pre-screening of resumes, phone interviews, and select the best candidate to move forward. She works in partnership with Sarah throughout the entire recruitment process. ToniAnn obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies and worked sometime in the legal industry. She later transitioned into Real Estate industry full time as a buyer's and listing agent. She worked on one of the top cutting edge Real Estate teams at Remax. In her tenure as an agent, she excelled at forming connections, building relationships, customer service, and maintained excellent communication and follow up skills throughout the entire process.
She later continued her journey as a Recruiter servicing multiple industries. In her role, she performed the full spectrum of recruiting, from posting the job ad to pre-screening phone calls, in-person interviews, and Linkedin searches. ToniAnn understands the importance of finding the ideal match for any employer. She is poised, an excellent communicator, listens attentively, and maintains a professional demeanor at all times. Her enthusiastic presence and positive mindset allow her to move beyond the obstacles of any recruiting challenge.
ToniAnn holds a BA in Paralegal Studies and an RI Real Estate License. She currently lives in Florida with her husband. She enjoys personal development, trips to the pool, beach, and nature. Erin Elizabeth, ACCOUNT MANAGER
Erin is a Denver native who studied Business Administration at Regis University. Erin brings nearly 20 years of residential real estate experience to Pro R.E.A. Staffing and has extensive, all-encompassing involvement in several areas of the real estate and technology industries. Erin has carried licenses as a real estate agent, and insurance agent. Erin has also received Cisco IT certifications.
Erin leverages her knowledge and intuitive skills to find the best fit for our clients and our candidates. Erin is responsible for customizing, sourcing and placement and is also in charge of and enjoys getting to know clientele by way of phone and video interviews. What makes Erin unique as a recruiter is her keen ability to identify exceptional candidates. Her perseverance and ability to understand each individual client's needs have allowed her to complete some extremely difficult searches. Her talent lies in separating excellence from mediocrity and delivering only the most prolific impact players to clients.
In her free time, Erin enjoys a healthy lifestyle, spending time with her family and close friends. She has a passion for culinary arts and loves to cook. Lauren Moore, Recruiter
As a Recruiter on our retained search team, Lauren is responsible for sourcing and initiating contact with potential candidates. She assists with phone interviews to determine candidates’ skills and strengths and completes reference checks. Lauren ensures that only the most polished and experienced candidates make their way to our clients.
Lauren recently relocated to Colorado after spending most of her life in Florida, where she worked as a Buyer’s Agent for a top-producing real estate team. Lauren holds a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling. Her education provided her with the interviewing skills necessary to analyze and understand human behavior. This, combined with her real estate experience makes her a natural fit for her role with Pro R.E.A. Staffing.

Victoria Falls Jr. Recruiter
Victoria grew up in a large family-owned real estate firm where she gained extensive experience across a broad spectrum of real estate businesses. She started her career in Real Estate Settlement and has a background in both personal and team real estate sales, recruiting, management amongst multiple offices, contract compliance, and lead generation. She has held a Virginia real estate license. Victoria has been around real estate for so long you could say it’s in her blood!
As a recruiter, Victoria works side by side with ToniAnn to help procure qualified candidates for our clients. She has always on the hunt to find top talent and assists applicants through the screening process. Her expansive real estate knowledge and vast experience in customer service allows her to understand the complexities of the jobs within the field and helps both candidates and clients find the best of the best.
Victoria studied Business with a focus in Human Resources and Project Management at Mary Baldwin University in Staunton, Virginia.
