VANESSA ROSENBLUM, PRESIDENT
Prior to co-founding Pro R.E.A. Staffing, Vanessa Rosenblum ran a successful recruiting firm that specialized in placing administrative level staff with real estate professionals throughout the Los Angeles area. In addition to sourcing and placing candidates, she developed custom training programs for real estate teams and consulted with real estate agents to help them strategically grow their businesses. She was inspired to expand that business model and launch Pro R.E.A. because she saw the need to provide a higher level of training, support, flexibility and leverage to agents and their team members.
Vanessa brings ten years’ experience working with small businesses and coaching entrepreneurs to Pro R.E.A. Staffing including four years’ experience in the real estate industry as the manager of a business coaching company. She has a track record of proven success in helping businesses achieve higher efficiency and stronger communication within their teams and with clients.

LIZA LAMBERT, EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR
Liza brings with her more than 10 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry in the areas of Human Resources, Event Management & Executive Administration. During her tenure with Hyatt Hotels, she was able to hone her Operations Management/Office Administration skills and brings that spirit of authentic hospitality to Pro R.E.A. Staffing. Liza graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science degree in Hospitality Management from California Polytechnic University, Pomona.
Liza helps push the search process forward by communicating candidate updates, conducting phone interviews and completing candidate reference checks. Meghan Ummel, RECRUITER
Meghan conducts phone and video interviews with top candidates and compiles candidate profiles. She will advance candidates who are not only a perfect skill set match for our clients but who also match our clients' vision for the continued success of their company.
A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Meghan has also lived in Southern California, New York, and Colorado. With a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, Meghan enjoys finding the perfect match between client and candidate. She has experience recruiting for both the hospitality and medical industries, and most recently, real estate. Meghan has also worked as a real estate assistant and assistant property manager, and uses her experience to recruit the best real estate professionals for our clients. SARAH WEAVER, RECRUITER
As our dedicated Recruiter, Sarah is responsible for making the initial contact with candidates. She conducts our phone interviews to determine a candidates’ poise and skill sets. She ensures that our clients only see the “best-of-the-best” out of the candidate pool.
Born in Northern California and raised in Overland Park, Kansas outside of Kansas City, Sarah has studied in Italy and in the U.K. and worked in Germany and South Korea. Sarah graduated with honors from the University of Kansas, where she earned a degree Journalism and Mass Communications, and Global and International Studies. Coming a family in New Home Construction, Sarah's interest in real estate grew. She became licensed in Austin, Texas to learn even more about the real estate industry. Her love for real estate continue here with Pro R.E.A. Staffing.
Sarah’s background in journalism and marketing ensure that she optimizes communications with candidates to bring the best candidates forward. Kathleen Metcalf, Real Estate Team Coach and Hiring and Retention Consultant
As cliché as it may sound, Kathleen has always wanted to help people. Her career has taken her from New Jersey to Miami to San Francisco to New York City. The retail and real estate industries have given her the opportunity to grow businesses and be a part of building teams. After graduating from college in Tampa, Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida, she worked for Burdine’s Department Store in Training. Kathleen was quickly promoted to College Recruiter traveling to 11 campuses recruiting graduating seniors to the management training program. A couple of years thereafter, the Placement Director at Indiana University recommended her to The Gap Inc. as someone to be hired. Kathleen was then recruited and moved from Miami to San Francisco. At The Gap Inc., she was the Manager of Recruiting for The Stores division, seeking out flagship store managers, District and Regional Managers.
Following The Gap Inc., Kathleen became the Manager of Training and Development for the Banana Republic division. For a number of years during the ‘dot com boom’ in Silicon Valley, she had a consulting company that placed Human Resource professionals into emerging new businesses. In 2002, she went to work as an Assistant to a Top Producing Real Estate Agent in San Francisco, Nina Hatvany. Nina’s success, style and grace under pressure inspired Kathleen to want to be an agent, too. San Francisco is an amazing place to be in real estate! Life has its’ twists and turns; in 2007 Kathleen moved to Vermont to be closer to her family.
After working for Cathy Anderson, Senior Licensed Coach for the Mike Ferry Organization, for 6 years, Kathleen launched Inspired for Results LLC and Bullseye Hiring in 2013 with Cathy’s blessings. Having been both a Real Estate Assistant and a Real Estate Agent has given Kathleen a unique perspective in these roles. This perspective coupled with her many years of experience as a Manager, Trainer and Recruiter gives Kathleen an all-inclusive edge in the Real Estate hiring, training and coaching arena.
